Beginners & Intermediate Seminars
CANCELING MORE THAN 72 HOURS BEFORE THE SEMINAR
If you cancel more than 72 hours before the seminar, you may choose one of two options:
Option 1: Receive a refund for your full payment amount, minus $175 nonrefundable deposit per person. From this deposit, you will be issued $100 per person Letter of Credit, which is valid for up to two years towards any future seminar. The remaining $75 per person is kept by Source School of Tantra Yoga® as a processing fee.
Option 2: Receive a letter of credit for your full payment amount, minus $50 nonrefundable deposit per person. This deposit is kept by Source School of Tantra Yoga as a processing fee. The Letter of Credit is valid for up to two years towards any future seminar.
CANCELING LESS THAN 72 HOURS BEFORE THE SEMINAR
If you cancel at or less than 72 hours of the seminar, or do not show up at the seminar, then you forfeit all tuition paid to date. (No call / no show = no refund)
CTE Mastery Courses and Vacation Events
CANCELING MORE THAN 30 DAYS BEFORE THE SEMINAR
If you cancel more than 30 days before the seminar, you may choose one of two options:
Option 1: If you cancel more than 30 days before the seminar, you will receive a full refund on tuition, minus an administrative fee of $300 per person.
Option 2: Receive a Letter of Credit of tuition paid to date, minus $100 nonrefundable deposit per person. This deposit is kept by Source School of Tantra Yoga as a processing fee. Letter of Credit is valid for up to two years towards any future seminar.
CANCELING 16 TO 30 DAYS BEFORE THE SEMINAR
If you cancel 16 to 30 days before the seminar, you may choose one of two options:
Option 1: If you cancel 16 to 30 days before the seminar, you will receive a refund minus a $550 fee.

Option 2: Receive a Letter of Credit for tuition paid to date, minus $200 nonrefundable deposit per person. The $200 deposit is kept by Source School of Tantra Yoga as a processing fee. The Letter of Credit is valid for up to two years towards any future seminar.
CANCELING 15 DAYS OR LESS BEFORE THE SEMINAR
If you cancel at or less than 15 days before the seminar, you will not receive a cash refund. Instead you will receive a Letter of Credit for 70% of the tuition portion of your payment less an administrative fee of $200 per person. If you do not show up for your seminar, no refund will be issued.

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ON OUR MEAL PLAN DEPOSITS
These courses are designed to provide information on Tantra: The Art of Conscious Loving®. They are taken with the understanding that Charles Muir and Certified Tantra Educators® are not engaged in rendering medical, psychological, or other professional services. If medical or other expert assistance is required, please seek the services of a competent professional. The purpose of these courses is to educate. Source School of Tantra Yoga, their employees, and Certified Tantra Educators shall not have liability to any person with respect to any loss or damage caused directly or indirectly by the information or attendance at these courses.
In the highly unlikely event we have to cancel a seminar, we will notify you and offer a full refund of tuition paid to date. If we cancel an event 60 days or more ahead of time, we are not responsible for any airfare related charges or losses.

TRANSFERRING FROM ONE SEMINAR DATE & LOCATION TO ANOTHER
If you need to reschedule after registering for one of our events, you may transfer to another date & location of the same event type - but only if the original event is more than 2 weeks away from the date of your transfer. After one transfer, subsequent transfers will incur a $50 per person fee.
