Teacher Training

The course is open only to graduates of the Level 1, Sexual Healing/Awakening Mastery Course. All over the world there is an ever-growing need for good teachers of Tantra. Media write-ups and interest continues to expand. This, along with the ever increasing number of new Tantra books, videos and audio tapes that are flooding the market, point in the direction that more people recognize the need for further education, if they are to have a harmonious and fulfilling sex life. Level II is the second of a three-part training, which will certify graduates as Certified Tantric Educator (CTE). Course Information

	CURRICULUM: In this course the principles, practices and skills to teach Tantra legally and privately to students are covered. Further development of “Puja for Two/Sexual Healing” is also taught and practiced. These sexual healing and awakening skills can be utilized with private students in the manner that most fits the Instructor’s belief system. Skills for teaching Tantra to small groups are also outlined, along with the history, technique and practice of group puja.	REQUIREMENTS: 11 Tantra meditation techniques, 10 energy exercises and techniques, 31 subjects for private classes, 22 main areas of Tantra study, 10 Tantric breathing techniques, and 11 Tantric nurturing exercises. A variety of additional practices and areas of study will also be taught including: compassion and empathy, the teaching and practice of self-pleasuring, understanding principles of energy and energy transmission.

REQUIREMENTS: Level II Certification requires giving and receiving a total of four sexual healing sessions lasting between 90 and 150 minutes each. It is only through experiencing a variety of educational homeplay sessions in this healing art form that one can begin to grow to true mastery.

CERTIFICATION: Students successfully completing Level II will receive the Certified Tantric Educator (CTE) certificate from the Source School of Tantra Yoga, which has been in continuous existence for over twenty years in California and Hawaii. The school’s reputation and the name of the Muir’s form of Tantra: The Art of Conscious Loving is recognized for integrity and clarity of teaching. Many of our graduate CTE’s are already making a living teaching Tantra. Many others are supplementing their income as doctors, therapeutic massage therapists, teachers, etc. by teaching Tantra on the side.

We currently have trained more than 90 Level II Instructors, many of whom are now successfully marketing themselves as Daka/Dakini and Certified Tantra Educators. Several of them will be present at the training to share their wisdom and path with you.

Successful graduates of Level II may be invited to attend Level III to be certified as Advanced CTE's by The Source School of Tantra Yoga.

COST: Tuition for Level II (11 days and 10 nights) is $1,695. The tuition is for training, class handouts and take home materials. Tuition does not include transportation, accommodations or meals, which are the students' responsibility. See below for more information regarding accommodations and meals.

COURSE PRE-REQUISITES: In order to participate in the Instructor's Course Level II, students need to have successfully completed the Instructor Course Level I through the Source School of Tantra Yoga. In addition, the student must complete two weekend seminars as an assistant instructor.

FACILITY ACCOMMODATIONS AND MEALS: Our Instructor's Courses is held at Kalani Oceanside Retreat in a beautiful tropical setting on the Big Island of Hawaii; perfect for our tantric practice. When reserving a space in the seminar, you must also reserve the meals/accommodations package which varies in cost depending upon the accommodation at the retreat center ($700 to $2,700). A $400 deposit is required to reserve a space in the training and a $400 deposit is required to reserve the meals/accommodations package.
